JUDAEA, Gaza. Hadrian. AD 117-138. Æ 19mm (6.04 g, 12h). Dated Epidemia 8; CY 197 (136/7 CE). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Artemis standing right, drawing arrow from quiver and holding bow, and Marnas standing left, holding thunderbolt; Phoenician “mem” between; all within distyle temple façade with trefoil in pediment; date in exergue. SNG ANS 922-3; cf. Rosenberger 65-66 var. (date). VF, black-green patina with dusty lighter green overtones.
